Translating your order status…

The status of your order can be checked by Logging In to TigerImports.NET and clicking the order status tab. Some shipping status updates are automatically sent to your email as well. Order statuses can sometimes take up to 24 - 48 hours to be updated.

Payment Status Info

Awaiting Payment

This status is almost always associated with Paypal orders. It indicates that an order submitted has yet to be paid for with Paypal. When TigerImports.NET notices an order of this type, a ‘Paypal Payment Reminder’ is typically sent to your email within 24 hours. Just follow the steps in the emailed reminder to complete payment. If your order is ‘Awaiting Payment’ and you have not received a payment reminder in your email, please use our online Contact Form and provide us with your order number to request a payment reminder from Paypal.

Please note that Paypal payments received several days after order submission may not update in our processing system properly. If you have sent submitted a payment and the order’s status is still ‘Pending’ after 24 hours, please Contact Us with your order number and Paypal transaction ID.

Canceled

This order has been canceled. Typically due to customer request; however, can result from other issues such as non-payment or invalid shipping address.

Declined

The payment method for the order has been declined.

Partially Refunded

Order was partially refunded. Typically due to one or more parts in the order being out of production or backordered. Sometimes used for general account adjustments.

Payment Received

Payment has been received for the order and it is ready for processing and shipment.

Pending Approval

The payment method used for the order has not yet been approved.

Refunded

The order has been refunded. Typically due to customer return or cancellation. Please see our return policies here.

Order Status Info

Backordered

One or more of the items in the order is backordered with the Peg Perego plant. Parts that are backordered typically take two weeks and two months to arrive. Backordered parts will often have a comment in their description stating the expected date of the part's availability. If the expected arrival time is less than ten days out, the order status will read 'On Order w Perego'.

Invalid Address

Displayed if the ship-to address provided is considered 'Invalid' or 'Non-Deliverable' according to the shipping currier selected at the time of checkout. This happens for one of two reasons. The address is formatted improperly / contains abbreviations (cty. instead of County Road), or the address entered is not a recognized address according to their online database. For example, if you entered a rural address for a Priority Mail delivery and the post office does not recognize that address, it will declare the address non-deliverable and not allow us to create a shipping label for your order. In such a case, a PO Box or alternate address would be necessary. The easiest solution is to Contact Us with your order number and provide a PO Box or Alternate Address (friends, family, etc.) that is accepted by Fedex or the United States Postal Service. If this is not an option, then we suggest calling the currier and having them update their online database to include your address.

PLEASE NOTE that we have absolutely no control over which addresses are deemed invalid or non-deliverable by the Post Office or Fedex. Even if you receive mail and packages at your ship-to address all the time - if the address is not in the Post Office's online database, we cannot print a label, and therefore cannot ship your package. If you would like to verify your provided address is invalid according to the post office or if you would like to test different formats to see if they work, please visit the Post Office's Address Lookup and attempt to input your address as the ship to address.

On Order w Perego

One or more of the parts in the order had to be special ordered or are en route from the Peg Perego plant at the time of update.

We do our best to maintain sufficient levels of inventory - especially for our most common products; however, for rare parts that have never been ordered or common parts that experience a rapid increase in demand accompanied by a rapid decrease in availability from our supplier, there are times when we will have to wait on parts to arrive from the plant before we can ship your order. If you are unwilling to wait a few extra days (2 - 5 days on average) and would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, Contact Us with your order number and a request to cancel, and Tiger Imports will refund your order in full.

Returned

Order was returned for credit to Tiger Imports. Please see our return policies here.

Suspended

Order has been suspended. This is typically due to non-payment. See Payment Info.

Out of Production

One or more of the parts in the order is no longer in production. Your payment method will be immediately credited for the OOP parts.

Pending

This status indicates that the order has yet to be processed or is in between phases.

PLEASE NOTE that many shipped orders may show an order status of 'Pending'. Tiger Imports will send tracking information through USPS and Fedex for all corresponding shipments, and this emailed tracking information will sometimes supplement the updating of your order's online status at TigerImports.NET. If your order reads 'Pending' and you have not received any tracking information via email (does not apply to First Class Shipments), then your order has not shipped.

Shipped to Customer

The order has been shipped from our store to the customer.
