How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by Logging In to TigerImports.NET and clicking the order status tab. Some order status updates are automatically sent to your email as well. Sometimes the shipment status - awaiting shipment - will not be accurate, as you will receive a confirmation / tracking number from USPS or Fedex instead. Please be sure to set your email spam filter to allow messages from tigerimports.net, fedex.com, and usps.com. If you have an email client that requires senders to visit a link and fill out forms and jump through various other hoops to send you emails, you will not receive email messages from TigerImports.NET

Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?

TigerImports.NET No Longer Ships to Canada or Mexico - NO exceptions. All orders placed for countries outside of United States will be canceled immediately. Your payment method will NOT be charged, and you will receive an email notifying you of the cancelation. If you live outside the United States and need Peg Perego Parts, please visit www.pegperego.com to find your corresponding distributor.

Do you ship to other countries outside the United States?

TigerImports.NET will not ship to ANY countries outside of the United Sates. All orders placed for such countries will be canceled immediately. What is flat rate shipping?

Flat rate shipping enables customers to know what shipping will cost BEFORE having to fill out order shipping and payment information. Every part's shipping cost can be found towards the lower end of the part's description. Flat rate prices are based on average shipping costs per item to the continental United States. Using a flat rate method for over 1,100 parts, some of which we have yet to see or ship, can sometimes lead to under-quoted shipping charges. In most cases, our lose is your gain; however, TigerImports.NET reserves the right to suspend orders with extremely under-quoted shipping prices until the buyer agrees to the correct freight charge or chooses to cancel the order to receive a full refund.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Fedex, First Class mail, and Parcel Post. How your order is shipped depends on the order size, weight, and shipping charge.

How long does it take for a Peg Perego parts order to arrive?

Tiger Imports currently sells over 1,100 Peg Perego parts. We do our best to keep the most commonly ordered parts in stock at our store. Orders for these parts are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment and typically take 2 - 5 business days to arrive.

Parts that are NOT currently in our store must first be shipped from Peg Perego to us (3 - 5 business days unless on backorder). Once we have received the part, we will then forward it to the shipping address provided with your order.

The 'Available' quantities listed on TigerImports.NET refer to the amount available from Peg Perego and our store combined. All parts listed as Available on TigerImports.NET are, as of Peg Perego's last product update, currently in production. Peg Perego parts listed as 'Out of Stock' are no longer production by Peg Perego. We update quantities daily.
