How long does my order take to process?

Processing (picking, packing, labeling, and release for shipment) on most orders takes 12 - 48 business hours. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received - REGARDLESS of shipping method chosen. We charge our cost to ship all orders, whether the shipping method is standard Ground service or Overnight. Fedex is the recipient of the additional amount collected for expidited shipments - not Tiger Imports.

If you need your order processed immediately, you can pay $15.00 for Rush Processing by calling 225.709.0521 after placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by Logging In to TigerImports.NET and clicking the order status tab. Some order status updates are automatically sent to your email as well. For more about information about order status, please Click Here.

Please note: If you have an email client that requires senders to visit links and fill out various forms to send you emails, you will NOT receive email messages from TigerImports.NET

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, TigerImports.NET currently ships internationally.

Our shipping estimator will NOT work for International orders. You must proceed to checkout Step 3 in order to view a shipping quote. You will not be billed or charged until you have finalized your order at Step 5 of checkout. We cannot offer International shipping quotes over the phone or via email. All international quotes must be issued through the TigerImports.NET website. If, for whatever reason, the online quote is less than our actual cost to ship an International order, we will either collect the difference or refund the order - at the customer's choosing.

PLEASE NOTE: Our credit card processor is often unable to verify billing information for International credit cards. As such, you will likely need to open a Paypal account to submit payment OR use Google Checkout to complete payment.

Tiger Imports reserves the right to cancel any international shipment for any reason. In such an event, the customer will receive a full refund for the purchase price and shipping. Tiger Imports is NOT responsible for any customs fees. All customs fees - undisclosed, implied, or otherwise - are the sole responsiblity of the shippee. We have no way of calculating customs fees, and most are charged at random. You may or may not incur them at the shipping currier's discretion. Customs fees are NOT included in the shipping charges paid to Tiger Imports, and we receive no portion of custom fees collected.

How long does it take for a Peg Perego parts order to arrive?

Tiger Imports currently sells over 1,100 Peg Perego parts. We do our best to keep the most commonly ordered parts in stock at our store. Orders for these parts are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment and typically take 2 - 5 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method selected.
